Die Aufhängung von Medaillen oder anderen Auszeichnungen an ihren durch eine Art flach zusammengedrückten Trichter gebildeten Bändern erfolgte bisher gewöhnlich in der Weise, dass ein in der Öse der Medaille oder dergl. eingehängter Ring mit einer im Unterende des Bandtrichters an dessen Hinterseite angeordneten Öse zur Deckung gebracht und nach Umlegen des oberen Bandlappens über den Tragsteg des Rockes oder dergl. ein an diesem oberen Lappen sitzender Haken in die beiden Ösen eingehängt wird. Diese Art der Verbindung ist sehr umständlich und bewirkt leicht ein Beschmutzen und Verknittern des gewöhnlich aus kostbarem Stoff hergestellten Bandes.
Eine verbesserte Verbindung besteht darin, dass die Medaille an einem dreieckig gebogenen Tragbügel angehängt ist, der beim Scitenschlitz des Bandtrichters in diesen eingeführt wird. Auch diese Einführung ist nicht genügend einfach und wirkt ebenfalls nachteilig auf das Band ein ; ausserdem kann sich der Tragbügel, das Band am Unterende auseinanderdehnend, senken und am Unterende vorlugen. Alle diese Nachteile werden durch die Einrichtung nach vorliegender Erfindnng in der Weise vermieden, dass die Medaille an einem einfachen oder doppelten Haken eingehängt wird, der von der Unterseite in den Bandtrichter eingeführt und reitend auf die Oberkante des Bandtrichters aufgesetzt wird.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Die Medaille ete. 1 wird an ihrer Öse 2 an einem einfachen oder doppelten Haken aufgehängt.
