    Klosettklappenlagerung.

    Toilet flap storage.

So far, the metal closing flaps in toilets have been stored in a basin made of ceramic material in such a way that the one attached to the edge of the flap. The axis of rotation, which is usually cast in one piece with the flap, penetrates the walls of the basin with its two peg-shaped ends. The production of the two perforations in the ceramic material, the attachment of the bearings in the same, but mainly the difficult introduction of the long flap pivot axis, which requires cutting out the back wall of the basin in order to insert the axis, and the subsequent closing of this cutout are necessary major disadvantages of this type of axle mounting.

The present invention relates to a toilet flap mounting. in the case of softer the abuses mentioned are thereby eliminated. that the axis of rotation is only supported on one side in the pool wall, whereby the introduction of the flap can be carried out without difficulty from below through the case opening and only a single drilling of the ceramic material is required, with a long one. Easily lockable bearing sleeve inserted into the through-hole provides a secure bearing for the stub axle extending to one side of the shell.
 EMI1.1
Toilet bowl in Fig. 1 in the vertical middle section and in Fig.

2 in a horizontal section (along the line A-B of FIG. 1) seen from below.

In the wall a of the basin made of ceramic material, the axis of rotation se b of the flap c nnr is mounted on one side by means of a bearing sleeve d inserted into the through hole, tile is placed in the basin wall on the one hand by means of a Huchs ring / and a pair of goggles g holding the same with its flange. on the other hand determined by means of a lock nut h. Between the bushing ring f and the reinforced pool wall a at this point, a washer i made of elastic material, e.g. B. made of leather, arranged. To reduce the friction, the bearing sleeve d is equipped in such a way that the axis of rotation b only initially rests against the inner wall of the sleeve at its two ends.
