Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Maisrebler, welcher auch bei selbsttätiger Zuführung der Kolben ein Verstopfen des Rebelapparates verhütet.
Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht und in Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht einer Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung.
In der Zeichnung bezeichnet a die Rebelscheibe, b den Rebelkonus, c die Rebelzungo, d den zuführtrichter und e die Rührscheibe. Der Zuführtrichter besteht aus einem oberen festen Teil 9 und einem unteren beweglichen Teil h, welch'letzterer um den Drehpunkt f schwingt und von der kantigen Nabe i der Rührscheibe e in Bewegung gesetzt wird. Wenn bei den bisher bekannten Rebelvorrichtungen, die ohne Rührscheibe und mit fester Gosse arbeiten, die Kolben automatisch eingeworfen werden sollen und es fallen wegen der verschiedenen Grösse derselben mehrere Kolben zugleich, so verstopft sich der Robelapparat in kürzester Zeit.
Diesen Übelstand vermeidet vorliegende Erfindung, laut welcher in den Zuführtrichter eine Rührscheibe 6 eingebaut ist, welche die Kolben in beständige Bewegung erhält und hierbei durch die sich bewegende Gosse d derart unterstützt wird, dass wenn auch noch soviele Kolben zugleich in den Trichter d fallen, ein Verstopfen derselben ausgeschlossen ist.
Es können aber auch, je nach der Art der rebelnden Kolben eventuell die Rührscheibe ohne beweglichen Zuführtrichter oder der bewegliche Trichter ohne RUjtrscheihe, sowie auch beide zugleich in Anwendung gelangen.
PATENT ANSPRÜCHE : 1. Maisrebler, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Zuführtrichter (d) eine aus einer Scheibe (e) oder dgl. bestehende Rührvorrichtung eingebaut ist, zum Zwecke, das Verstopfen der Rührvorrichtung zu verhüten.
