Polyäthylenflasche von 100 ml Fassungsvermögen mit einer Wanddicke von 1 mm nach der Trocknung bei einer Temperatur von 90 bis 950C während 5 min beträgt 200 g/cm und nach der Trocknung während 10 min 420 g/cm.
Der getrocknete Farbenanstrich ist elastisch, altert nicht bei längerer Lagerung an der Luft und bei der Einwirkung von Ultraviolettstrahlen. Er ist gegen die Einwirkung von Wasser, Alkalien, Säuren und organischen Lösungsmitteln beständig.
Beispiel 2 : In eine Kugelmühle werden 550 g des vorerwähnten Carbinolharzes, 450 g Leinölfirnis mit einem niedrigen Polymerisationsgrad, 50 g des Gemisches der Resinate und Linoleate von Kobalt, Aluminium, Mangan und Blei, 450 g eines Gemisches von Aluminiumhydroxyd und Bariumsulfat, 200 g organisches Rotpigment und 450 g Toluol eingebracht. Das Gemisch wird in der Mühle während 10 h verrieben.
Die erhaltene Druckfarbe zeichnet sich durch folgende Kennwerte aus.

Temperatur von 90 bis 950C etwa 5 min.
Die Adhäsion des Farbenanstriches zum Polyäthylen ist der des Farbenanstriches im Beispiel 1 ähnlich.
Der getrocknete Farbenanstrich ist elastisch, altert nicht bei längerer Lagerung an der Luft und bei der Einwirkung von Ultraviolettstrahlen auf diesen. Er ist gegen die Einwirkung von Wasser, Alkalien, Säuren und organischen Lösungsmitteln beständig.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Druckfarbe auf der Basis von Harzen, Leinöl-, Pentaphthalat- oder Glyptalfirnissen oder Gemischen der genannten Firnisse, Salzen der höheren Carbonsäuren, Pigmenten und Lösungsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Harz das Copolymere von Butylmethacrylat, Methylmethacrylat und Dimethylvinyläthinylcarbinol enthält.
Claims (1)
- 2. Druckfarbe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie das Copolymere in einer Menge von 10 bis 1000 Gew.-Teilen pro 100 Gew.-Teile Firnisse enthält.
