Die Tabletten sollen in einer Atmosphäre von möglichst geringer Feuchtigkeit wie folgt hergestellt werden :
Zuerst wird der wirksame Bestandteil mit Laktose verrieben und die Stärke innig eingemischt.
Die pulverförmige Mischung wird zur Granulierung mit einer ausreichenden, aber nicht überschüssigen Menge (zweckmässig loto) einer Lösung von Gelatine in 50% igem, wässerigem Äthylalkohol befeuchtet und so lange innig geknetet, bis eine feste Masse erhalten wird. Diese wird durch ein entsprechendes Sieb geschlagen und bei einer Temperatur nicht über 500C getrocknet ; das getrocknete Granulat wird gesiebt und nach Zusatz von Magnesiumstearat in üblicher Weise zu Tabletten verpresst. Diese werden dann mit Schellack und schliesslich mit Zucker überzogen.
Beispiel 3 : Mit im Dünndarm löslichen Schutzschichten überzogene Tabletten :

Diese Tabletten werden in einer möglichst wenig feuchten Atmosphäre wie folgt hergestellt :
Der wirksame Bestandteil wird zu inerten Körnchen gesiebt, Magnesiumstearat und Stärke der Mischung beigegeben und die Tabletten in solcher Weise gepresst, dass eine Trennung von Pulver und Granulat verhindert ist.
Diese Tabletten werden mit Zelluloseazetatphthalat überzogen.
Beispiel 4 : Harte Gelatine-Kapseln :
Harte Gelatinekapseln werden je mit 200 mg trockenem, fein. gepulvertem N-Benzyl-N : N- dime- thyl-N-2-phelloxyäthylammoniumchlorid in einer Atmosphäre von geringer Feuchtigkeit gefüllt.
In gleicher Weise werden Kapseln je mit 200 mg eines Gemisches aus gleichen Teilen N-Benzyl- - N : N-dimethyl-N-2-phenoxyäthylammoniumchlorid und Laktose gefüllt, welche zu einem feinen Pulver verrieben wurden.

Der aktive Bestandteil wird durch Verreiben im Öl dispergiert und unter leichter Erwärmung wird diese Suspension mit dem Malzextrakt so lange innig vermischt, bis sich das Gel bildet.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gegen die Infektion des Magen-Darm-Kanales durch Nematoden wirksamen Tierheilmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als wirksame Verbindung ein N-Benzyl- - N : N-dimethyl-N-2-phenoxyäthylammoniumsalz zusammen mit einem oder mehreren neutralen Excipienten oder Verdünnungsmitteln vermischt und gegebenenfalls verformt.
Claims (1)
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wirksame Verbindung zusammen mit einem Gleitmittel, wie Stearinsäure, Magnesiumstearat, Talkpulver oder flüssigem Paraffin, zu Tabletten geformt wird.3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wirksame Verbindung in einem vegetabilischen oder mineralischen, als Verdünnungsmittel wirksamen Öl suspendiert wird.
