  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Troekenplattengleichrichtern. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von Trockenplattengleichrichtern mit Selen als Halbleiter. Bei Versuchen mit solchen Gleichrichtern hat sich herausgestellt, dass für das einwandfreie Arbeiten eine auf dem Halbleiter zwischen Halbleiter und Gegenelektrode adsorbierte Gasschicht eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Es hat sich bei diesen Versuchen ergeben, dass sich derartige Gassehichten bei der Herstellung nicht   willkürlich   immer in der gleichen Form erzeugen lassen. 



   Erfindungsgemäss wird daher die adsorbierte Gasschicht durch die Schicht eines Isolators ersetzt, deren Dicke kleiner als   10-4   cm ist. Die Dicke einer solchen Schicht kann dadurch genau dosiert werden, dass man sie aufdampft. Als geeigneter Stoff für diese Schicht hat sich bei   Selengleiehrichtern   die nicht leitende Modifikation des Selens oder eine nicht leitende Selenverbindung erwiesen.

   The invention relates to the manufacture of dry-plate rectifiers using selenium as a semiconductor. Tests with such rectifiers have shown that a gas layer adsorbed on the semiconductor between the semiconductor and the counter electrode plays an important role in ensuring that it works properly. It has been shown in these experiments that such gas layers cannot always be arbitrarily created in the same form during manufacture.



   According to the invention, the adsorbed gas layer is therefore replaced by the layer of an insulator, the thickness of which is less than 10-4 cm. The thickness of such a layer can be precisely dosed by vapor deposition. The non-conductive modification of selenium or a non-conductive selenium compound has proven to be a suitable substance for this layer in selenium judges.
