Abstract

Proveer un método de producción y un aparato de producción de una solución de hipoclorito de sodio que puede producir una solución de hipoclorito de sodio con una concentración de cloro disponible alta a bajos costos con el uso de una instalación in situ. En la producción de una solución de hipoclorito de sodio al ingresar el agua salada secundaria como una solución de cloruro de sodio acuosa, en un electrolizador 10 dividido en una cámara de ánodo 2 y una cámara de cátodo 3 mediante una membrana de intercambio iónico 1, a una cámara de ánodo y, luego de la electrólisis, introducir un anólito y un gas de cloro generado en la cámara de ánodo y una solución de hidróxido de sodio acuosa generada en la cámara de cátodo hacia un tanque de reacción 20 para permitir que el anólito, el gas de cloro, y la solución de hidróxido de sodio acuosa generada como un católito entren en reacción en el tanque de reacción, un paso de generación de agua salada primaria que consiste en la disolución de materia prima de sal G que contiene cloruro de sodio como componente principal en agua purificada B para generar agua salada primaria, y un paso de quelación que consiste en la quelación del agua salada primaria para generar el agua salada secundaria A se incluyen, en donde la tasa de descomposición de la sal varía de 80 a 95%.
