Abstract
Proveer un método y un aparato para producir una solución de hipoclorito de sodio in situ con una eficiencia alta y a un coste inicial y con la moderación del costo operativo sin presentar problemas sobre las impurezas derivadas de la materia prima de agua y la materia prima de sal. Se utiliza un método de producción de solución de hipoclorito de sodio in situ en la cercanía de una planta física. En la producción de una solución de hipoclorito de sodio mediante el ingreso de agua salada secundaria, en un electrolizador dividido en una cámara de ánodo y cámara de cátodo con una membrana de intercambio iónico, a la cámara de ánodo y el acceso de componentes en la cámara de ánodo y la cámara de cátodo luego de la electrólisis para entrar en reacción en un tanque de reacción, se incluyen los respectivos pasos para tratar una materia prima de agua A con una resina de intercambio catiónico B para generar agua purificada 5, disolver la materia prima de sal D en el agua purificada para generar agua salada primaria E, llevar a cabo una examinación para confirmar la presencia o ausencia de un precipitado o sólido suspendido en el agua salada primaria, y llevar a cabo directamente la quelación en el caso de que el precipitado o sólido suspendido no esté contenido en el agua salada primaria, o llevar a cabo la quelación luego del agregado de un componente ácido para la disolución del precipitado o sólido suspendido en el caso del precipitado o sólido suspendido contenidos allí, para generar agua salada secundaria 4.
