Abstract
Ésta se refiere a un producto de pizza que se prepara por separado utilizando dos tipos de masas que se combinan tras el calentamiento. Las masas tienen diferentes características y se calientan en combinación con diferentes ingredientes. El procedimiento de calentamiento para las dos masas se realiza en diferentes condiciones de humedad y puede realizarse simplemente con un horno microondas convencional.
