Abstract
Se provee un método de preparación de un ácido fenoxicarboxílico que posee actividad herbicida. Reivindicación 1: Un método para la preparación de un herbicida de ácido fenoxicarboxílico, que comprende los siguientes pasos de: S1, la mezcla de un compuesto fenólico anhidro, una sustancia alcalina y un éster clorocarboxílico, y la realización de una reacción de condensación en un solo recipiente en un sistema no acuoso para obtener un éster fenoxicarboxílico; el compuesto fenólico anhidro es fenol anhidro u o-cresol anhidro; la fórmula general del éster clorocarboxílico es ClR¹COOR, en la que R¹ se selecciona de un alquileno o un grupo alquilideno con 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, R se selecciona de un grupo alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono o un grupo cicloalquilo con 3 a 10 átomos de carbono; S2, la realización de una cloración selectiva del éster fenoxicarboxílico con un agente de cloración en la presencia de un primer catalizador y un segundo catalizador para obtener un éster clorofenoxicarboxílico; el primer catalizador se selecciona de un ácido de Lewis, y el segundo catalizador se selecciona de un compuesto de tioéter con 5 a 22 átomos de carbono, un compuesto de tiazol con 5 a 22 átomos de carbono, un compuesto de isotiazol con 5 a 22 átomos de carbono, o un compuesto de tiofeno con 5 a 22 átomos de carbono; S3, la realización de una reacción de acidólisis del éster clorofenoxicarboxílico para obtener el herbicida de ácido fenoxicarboxílico representado por la fórmula (1); en la fórmula (1), R¹ se selecciona de un alquileno o un grupo alquilideno con 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, y R³ es H, Cl o CH₃.
