Abstract
El proceso de obtención de poliestereteramida biodegradable comprende una etapa de reacción de esterificación y/o transesterificación y amidación, una etapa de prepolicondensación, una etapa de policondensación, una etapa opcional de extracción, una etapa de secado, y una etapa final de extrucción con aditivos. La principal ventaja del proceso de obtención de PEEA es que permite satisfacer mejor a las necesidades de cada cliente en cuanto a viscosidad, composición y aditivos; permite disminuir la cantidad de producto de interfase que tiene un menor valor comercial y mejora el color del producto; todo ello con un proceso más eficiente, más ecológico, más limpio y más seguro para los operadores.
