Abstract

En la presente se proporcionan métodos para identificar y obtener aislados ambientales de microorganismos que mantienen la viabilidad después de procesos del tratamiento de semillas y almacenamiento. Reivindicación 1: Un método de alto rendimiento para obtener un microorganismo, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) obtener una pluralidad de microorganismos; b) aplicar la pluralidad de microorganismos a una semilla o sustituto de la misma; c) almacenar la semilla, o sustituto de la misma bajo condiciones en donde uno o más miembros de la pluralidad de microorganismos se vuelven inviables; d) colocar la semilla, o sustituto de la misma, en una solución; e) identificar de la solución al menos un primer microorganismo que sigue siendo viable después de la etapa (c).
