Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato de procesamiento de imágenes que incluye una unidad de cálculo de valor de índice y una unidad de presentación. La unidad de cálculo de valor de índice adquiere una pluralidad de imágenes capturadas por una cámara (imágenes capturadas) y calcula un valor de índice que indica el grado de cambio en el estado de un objetivo de monitoreo en la imagen capturada, usando la imagen capturada adquirida. La unidad de presentación presenta una indicación en base al valor de índice calculado por la unidad de cálculo de valor de índice sobre la imagen capturada, capturada por la cámara.
