Abstract
La presente se refiere a un dispositivo y un procedimiento para la separación cuidadosa y libre de hidrólisis de glucoglicerolípidos, como también de glucoglicerolípidos y glucoesfingolípidos de una fase lipoide, que contiene glucoglicerolípidos y acilglicéridos o glucoglicerolípidos y glucoesfingolípidos y acilglicéridos, con simultáneo agotamiento efectivo de las fases lipoides de dichos glucoglicerolípidos, glucoglicerolípidos y glucoesfingolípidos, así como sus sustancias acompañantes por medio de un procedimiento de extracción acuoso. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la separación con hidrólisis limitada de glucoglicerolípidos de una fase lipoide, que contiene glucoglicerolípidos y acilglicéridos, que comprende las etapas de: A1) suministro de una fase lipoide que contiene glucoglicerolípidos y acilglicéridos, B1) mezcla de la fase lipoide con una fase acuosa, que contiene aniones de al menos una sal, que posee en agua a 20ºC una solubilidad de al menos 30 g/L y que forma con disociación en agua carbonato (CO₃²⁻), hidrógeno-carbonato (HCO₃⁻), metasilicato (SiO₃²⁻), ortosilicato (SiO₄⁴⁻), disilicato (Si₂O₅²⁻), trisilicato (Si₃O₇²⁻), acetato (CH₃COO⁻), borato (BO₃³⁻) y/o tartrato (C₄H₄O₆²⁻), C1) mezcla de la fase lipoide y de la fase acuosa, D1) y separación de la fase acuosa rica en glucoglicerolípidos y obtención de una fase lipoide pobre en glucoglicerolípidos.
