Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo de limpieza (1, 101) para eliminar incrustaciones en espacios interiores (54) de contenedores e instalaciones (51) por medio de la tecnología por explosión. El dispositivo de limpieza (1, 101) incluye un equipo de limpieza (2, 102) con un espacio receptor (11, 111), y al menos un recipiente a presión (21, 21; 121, 121) conectado al equipo de limpieza (2, 102) a través de al menos un dispositivo de dosificación (18, 18; 118, 118 ) . El control de la inyección de al menos un componente gaseoso en el equipo de limpieza (2, 102) se realiza de acuerdo con el principio de la presión diferencial entre una presión máxima al comienzo de la inyección y una presión residual nominal al finalizar la inyección. Para ello, se define la presión residual nominal en el recipiente a presión (21, 21; 121, 121) sobre la base de la cantidad de componente gaseoso a inyectar a partir de una presión máxima y la inyección de al menos un componente gaseoso se detiene al alcanzar la presión residual nominal. En este caso, la presión residual nominal está en el rango de sobrepresión.
