Abstract

Métodos de tratamiento de cáncer de próstata, en particular, cánceres de próstata naif inhibidores del receptor de andrógeno usando anticuerpos anti-STEAP-1 y sus inmunoconjugados. Reivindicación 1: Un método de tratamiento de un cáncer de próstata naif inhibidor del receptor de andrógenos usando un inmunoconjugado que comprende un anticuerpo que se une con una proteína de superficie celular especifica de próstata ligada con un agente citotóxico. Reivindicación 4: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 3, en donde el inhibidor del receptor de andrógeno inhibe la unión de andrógeno con receptores de andrógeno y/o inhibe la translocación nuclear del receptor de andrógeno y la interacción con ADN. Reivindicación 5: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, en donde el inhibidor del receptor de andrógeno es 4-{3-[4-ciano-3-(trifluorometil)fenil]-5,5-dimetil-4-oxo-2-suIfanilidenimidazolidin-1-iI}-2-fluoro-N-metilbenzamida o una de sus sales. Reivindicación 7: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 7, en donde el agente antimitótico es un inhibidor de la polimerización de tubulina. Reivindicación 8: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 7, en donde el inmunoconjugado tiene la fórmula Ab-(L-D)ₚ, en donde: (a) Ab es el anticuerpo que se une con una proteína de superficie celular específica de próstata; (b) L es un ligador; (c) D es el agente citotóxico y el agente citotóxico se selecciona de un maitansinoide o una auristatina; y (d) p varía de 1 - 8. Reivindicación 9: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, en donde D es una auristatina. Reivindicación 11: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, en donde D es MMAE. Reivindicación 15: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 14, en donde el Iigador comprende hidrazona. Reivindicación 16: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8 que tiene la fórmula (1) en donde S es un átomo de azufre. Reivindicación 20: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-24, en donde el anticuerpo comprende (a) HVR-H1 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ ID Nº 5; (b) HVR-H2 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ ID Nº 6; (c) HVR-H3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ ID Nº 7; (d) HVR-L1 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ lD Nº 2; (e) HVR-L2 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ ID Nº 3; y (f) HVR-L3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácido de SEQ ID Nº 4. Reivindicación 26: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 25, en donde el método también comprende la administración de un agente terapéutico adicional.
