Abstract
Un relleno estable al horneado de textura cremosa que incluye: un componente líquido y por lo menos 1% en peso de micropartículas, en donde el tamaño de partícula de las micropartículas es menor que 8 mm; y en donde el componente líquido incluye micropartículas en una cantidad de 1% en peso a 30% en peso del componente líquido. Reivindicación 5: El relleno de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las micropartículas comprenden celulosa microcristalina, proteínas del suero o una combinación de ellas. Reivindicación 8: El relleno de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el componente líquido comprende un alcohol polihídrico.
