Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Método de preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1) caracterizado porque comprende una etapa a) de glicosilación, preferentemente, en presencia de un ácido de Lewis, de un compuesto de fórmula (2) con un compuesto de fórmula (3) dicha etapa a) brinda un compuesto de fórmula (4) en la cual: R¹ representa un grupo alquilo C₁₋₂₀, lineal o ramificado, saturado o no saturado, opcionalmente sustituido; R² representa un grupo alquilo C₁₋₃₀, lineal o ramificado, saturado o no saturado, opcionalmente sustituido; R³ representa alquilo C₁₋₆, un cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, un acilo C₁₋₆ o un grupo benzoilo; y R⁴ representa H o un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆; o R³ y R⁴ forman junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al cual están unidos un grupo heterocicloalquilo C₂₋₆ o un grupo heteroarilo C₁₋₅; PG¹ representa un grupo protector de función hidroxilo; PG² representa un grupo protector de función amina primaria; PG³ representa un grupo protector de función hidroxilo; PG³ representa un grupo protector de función hidroxilo, que forma opcionalmente, junto con PG³ y los átomos de oxígeno y carbono a los que están unidos un heterocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, opcionalmente sustituido; y LG representa un grupo de partida.
