Abstract
Procedimiento para la elaboración automatizada de superficies, en especial el lijado, de una parte constructiva perfilada en forma de una parte constructiva perfilada de gran tamaño, en especial de una pala de rotor de una instalación de energía eólica, con un dispositivo de elaboración que presenta un pórtico de movimiento, un sistema robótico con un sistema de control y una herramienta de elaboración de un cabezal de trabajo, que al presentar las etapas siguientes: traslación del pórtico del movimiento en forma de un vehículo trasladable sustancialmente libre de delimitaciones mecánicas a lo largo de una superficie perfilada de la parte constructiva perfilada; posicionamiento de la herramienta de elaboración en una dirección sustancialmente transversal con respecto a la superficie perfilada de la parte constructiva perfilada mediante una robótica de posicionamiento accionable entre el carro trasladable y la herramienta de elaboración; tratamiento de la superficie de la parte constructiva de gran tamaño mediante la herramienta de elaboración, en donde mediante el sistema de control se lleva a cabo un movimiento de traslación del pórtico de movimiento y un movimiento de posicionamiento de la herramienta de elaboración por intermedio de la robótica de posicionamiento en base a un modelo prefijado de la superficie perfilada de la parte constructiva perfilada, en donde se implementa una cantidad de tandas de tratamiento de superficies en la parte constructiva de gran tamaño.
