Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una forma cristalina A de 1-(5-(5-(3,5-dicloro-4-fluorofenil)-5-(trifluorometil)-4,5-dihidroisoxazol-3-il)-3H-espiro[azetidin-3,1-isobenzofuran]-1-il)-2-(metilsulfonil)etanona, caracterizada porque exhibe al menos una de las propiedades siguientes: a) un patrón de difracción de rayos X que tiene picos característicos expresados en grados 2q (± 0,2º) a aproximadamente 17,18, 18,83 y 20,07; b) un patrón de difracción de rayos X que tiene picos característicos expresados en grados 2q (± 0,2º) a aproximadamente 17,18, 18,83 y 20,07, y que además comprende al menos un pico de difracción adicional expresado en grados 2q (± 0,2º) seleccionado del grupo que consiste en picos de aproximadamente 4,70, 9,39, 14,10, 15,70, 19,12, 20,97, 21;42, 22,03, 22,54, 23,62 y 28,42; c) un patrón de difracción de rayos X que tiene picos característicos expresados en grados 2q (± 0,2º) a aproximadamente 17,18, 18,83 y 20,07, y que además comprende al menos un pico de difracción adicional expresado en grados 2q (± 0,2º) a aproximadamente 21,42, 22,54 y 28,42; d) un patrón de difracción de rayos X que tiene picos característicos expresados en grados 2q (± 0,2º) a aproximadamente 17,18, 18,83, 20,07, 21,42, 22,54 y 28,42; e) un espectro de infrarrojos por transformada de Fourier en el intervalo de 1.800 a 600 cm⁻¹ sustancialmente como se muestra en la Figura 2; f) un termograma de calorimetría diferencial de barrido que tiene una única endotermia predominante a aproximadamente 145,53ºC a una velocidad de barrido de 10ºC por minuto, sustancialmente como se muestra en la Figura 3.1; y g) un termograma de calorimetría diferencial de barrido que tiene una única endotermia predominante en el intervalo de 144,01ºC a 146,92ºC a una velocidad de barrido de 10ºC por minuto, sustancialmente como se muestra en la Figura 3.2.
