Abstract

Derivados de fenicol, su uso para el tratamiento de infecciones en mamíferos, composición farmacéutica que contiene estos compuestos y procedimientos para la preparación de estos compuestos. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto caracterizado porque tiene la fórmula (1), o sales o profármacos farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo en la que: el resto Het es un sistema de anillo cíclico o bicíclico de 4 a 14 miembros que tiene de uno a cinco heteroátomos seleccionados de N, O y S, opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶; R¹ y R² son cada uno independientemente a) H, b) -alquilo C₁₋₈, opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más OH, -SH, -CN, -NO₂, halo, -NHR⁵, -N-alquilo C₁₋₄-R⁵, -O-alquilo C₁₋₄, -S-alquilo C₁₋₄, -S(C=O)-alquilo C₁₋₄, -C(=O)NR⁵R⁵, -SO₂R⁵, -SO₂NR⁵R⁵ o -cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, c) -cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶, d) -SO₂R⁵, -C(=O)NR⁵R⁵, -SO₂NR⁵R⁵, -C(=O)OR⁵ o -C(=O)R⁵, e) resto de anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 miembros que tiene opcionalmente de uno a cuatro heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo constituido por N, S y O, en el que el anillo o el átomo está sustituido opcionalmente con uno a tres R⁶, o f) R¹ y R² tomados conjuntamente con el nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un resto de anillo cíclico o bicíclico de 4 a 11 miembros que tiene opcionalmente uno a dos heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo constituido por N, S y O, en el que el anillo o el átomo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶; R³ y R⁴ son cada uno independientemente a) -H, b) -alquilo C₁₋₈ opcionalmente sustituido con OH, -SH, halo, -CF₃ -CN, -NO₂, NH₂, -NHR⁵, -NHR⁵-O-alquilo C₁₋₄, -CH₂-O-CH₃, -S-alquilo C₁₋₄, -S(C=O)alquilo C₁₋₄, -C(O)NR⁵R⁵, -C(O)OH, -SO₂NR⁵ o -SO₂R⁵, c) -cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶, d) -C(=O)-alquilo C₁₋₈ en el que el alquilo está opcionalmente sustituido con -S(=O₂)R⁵, -SO₂NR⁵ o -C(=O)R⁵, e) resto de anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 miembros que tiene opcionalmente de uno a tres heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo constituido por N, S y O, en el que el anillo heterocíclico está sustituido opcionalmente con uno a tres R⁶, f) R³ y R⁴ tomados conjuntamente forman un cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶, o g) R³ y R⁴ tomados conjuntamente con uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo que consta de N, S y O para formar un grupo oxo (=O) o para forman un resto de anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 miembros, en el que el anillo heterocíclico está opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶; o R¹ y R³, R² y R⁴, R¹ y R⁴ o R² y R³ tomados conjuntamente con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un resto de anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 miembros que tiene opcionalmente de uno a dos heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo constituido por N, S y O, en el que el anillo heterocíclico está opcionalmente sustituido con uno a tres R⁶; en cada aparición, R⁵ es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, -cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, NH₂ o tetrahidro-2H-piranilo, en los que dicho alquilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno, dos o tres R⁶; en cada aparición, R⁶ es H, alquilo C₁₋₆, halo, -CN, -NO₂, -CF₃, -cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, oxo (=O), -NH₂, -NH-alquilo C₁₋₄, -N(alquilo C₁₋₄)₂, -O-alquilo C₁₋₄, oxo, -SH, -S-alquilo C₁₋₄, -S(C=O)alquilo C₁₋₄, -SO₂R⁵, -SON-alquilo C₁₋₄, -C(=O)alquilo C₁₋₄, -C(=O)NH₂, -C(=O)NH-alquilo C₁₋₄, -C(=O)N(alquilo C₁₋₄)₂, -NC(O)NH₂, -NC(=O)NH-alquilo C₁₋₄, NC(=O)N(alquilo C₁₋₄)₂, CF₃ o un resto de anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 6 miembros que tiene opcionalmente uno a cuatro heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo constituido por N, S y O; W es -H, -PO(OH)₂, -PO(OH)halo, -CH₂OPO(OH)₂, -C(=O)alquilo C₁₋₄ o -CH₂OC(=O)alquilo C₁₋₄, en el que alquilo C₁₋₄ está opcionalmente sustituido con -OCO₂H, -OCO₂-alquilo C₁₋₄ o -OC(=O)NH-alquilo C₁₋₄; y X, Y y Z son cada uno independientemente H, halo, alquilo C₁₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, -OH, CF₃, -NH₂, -CN, N₃ o-S-CF₃; siempre que cuando R³ y R⁴ se tomen conjuntamente para formar un grupo oxo (=O), después R¹ y R² no sean ambos hidrógeno.
