Abstract

La presente está dentro del campo de la producción industrial de proteína. Se ha diseñado y construido un sistema de expresión que comprende un vector de expresión que codifica una glutamina sintetasa (GS) de origen humano o canino y una línea celular de CHO. Más específicamente, se refiere a una combinación de (i) un vector de ADN adecuado para la producción de una proteína recombinante, en la que dicho vector comprende una secuencia que codifica una glutamina sintetasa y (ii) una línea celular de ovario de hámster chino (CHO), en la que dicha GS comprende una secuencia al menos un 94,5% idéntica a la secuencia de SEQ ID Nº 1 o a la secuencia de SEQ ID Nº 2.
