Abstract

SEQUÊNCIA DE ENDOLISINA EL188 MODIFICADA. A presente invenção se refere a polipeptídeos que compreendem uma sequência de aminoácidos que exibe pelo menos cerca de 90% de identidade de sequência com a sequência de SEQ ID NO: 1. Os ditos polipeptídeos degradam, preferencialmente, o peptidoglicano de bactérias Gram-negativas, em particular, de bactérias Pseudomonas e/ou Campylobacter. Além disso, a presente invenção se refere a ácidos nucleicos que codificam tais polipeptídeos, sendo que os vetores compreendem tais ácidos nucleicos e correspondem às células hospedeiras. Finalmente, a presente invenção se refere às composições que compreendem tais polipeptídeos, ácidos nucleicos, vetores e/ou células hospedeiras, de acordo com a presente invenção.
