Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una película de capas múltiples que libera pesticida que comprende: a) una capa externa (inferior) que mira a la tierra, que comprende: 92 a 98,99% en peso de homopolímeros y copolímeros de polietileno insolubles en agua, aproximadamente 1 a 5% en peso de un polímero soluble en agua, y 0,01 a 3% en peso de al menos un pesticida; b) un conjunto de capas intermedias libres de pesticida que comprende al menos una capa intermedia; y c) una capa externa más (superior) que mira al cielo, que comprende: 92 a 98,99% en peso de homopolímeros y copolímeros de polietileno insoluble en agua, aproximadamente 1 a 5% en peso de un polímero soluble en agua, y 0,01 a 3% en peso de al menos un pesticida. Reivindicación 15: Un artículo plástico que comprende la película de capas múltiples que libera pesticida de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14. Reivindicación 16: Un procedimiento de extrusión por soplado para fabricar la película de capas múltiples que libera el pesticida de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, que comprende los pasos de: a) premezclar de 60 a 99% en peso de al menos un polímero soluble en agua con al menos un pesticida, en donde 1 a 40% en peso del al menos un pesticida está en un conjunto fundido a una temperatura adecuada en un mezclador encamisado caliente con velocidad de mezcla variable, generando de este modo una premezcla; b) enfriar la premezcla; c) pulverizar la premezcla resultante; d) añadir dicha premezcla como un suplemento de mezcla de 1 a 10% en peso a un polímero insoluble en agua; y e) generar la película de capas múltiples mediante procedimiento de extrusión por soplado. Reivindicación 21: Una composición de compuesto pesticida que comprende: a) al menos un pesticida; b) al menos un material polimérico soluble en agua como una resina vehículo; y c) ningún o al menos un material polimérico suplementario insoluble en agua como una resina vehículo, en donde el al menos un material polimérico soluble en agua es incompatible con los materiales de poliolefina de la película de capas múltiples que libera pesticida de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, y se selecciona del grupo que consiste en alcohol de polivinilo, polivinilpirrolidona, polisorbato, poli(óxido de etileno), polímeros no iónicos, polímeros solubles en agua que pueden reticular para formar geles y combinaciones de los mismos; en donde la resina vehículo polimérica suplementaria insoluble en agua es compatible con los materiales de poliolefina de la película de capas múltiples que libera pesticida de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, y se selecciona del grupo que consiste en homopolímeros, copolímeros, ceras, polímeros biocompatibles, derivados y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 23: Un procedimiento para preparar la composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 21 ó 22 en una unidad mezcladora encamisada caliente, que comprende los pasos de: a) añadir al menos un pesticida, al menos material polimérico soluble en agua, ningún o al menos un material polimérico insoluble en agua y opcionalmente uno o más aditivos en un recipiente de mezcla o un tanque; b) preparar una premezcla mediante mezcla en frío de los componentes del paso a) en condiciones de bajo esfuerzo cortante por una cantidad adecuada de tiempo; c) calentar de forma adecuada el recipiente de mezcla para crear las condiciones correctas a fin de preparar mezcla de agroconcentrado; d) alternar de velocidad de mezcla y duración de mezcla para proporcionar una adecuada distribución térmica y una adecuada dispersión de mezcla viscosa; e) reducir la temperatura de la premezcla; f) descargar la premezcla fundida; g) transferir la premezcla fundida descargada a una unidad de enfriamiento en seco; h) enfriar dicha premezcla fundida en dicha unidad de enfriamiento en seco por convección, conducción o una combinación de ambas técnicas. Reivindicación 25: Un procedimiento para el control de plagas en cultivos de especialidad que comprende los pasos de: a) preparar físicamente un campo y un suelo para plantar los cultivos; b) colocar la película de capas múltiples que libera pesticida de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, sobre el campo preparado, en donde la superficie externa (inferior) mira a la tierra en dirección al suelo para cubrir completamente la superficie del campo; y c) perforar la película después de un período de inducción de 7 a 14 días en el sitio donde se pretende plantar una planta de semillero de modo que se pueda insertar una planta de semillero a través del orificio y se la pueda plantar en el suelo. Reivindicación 28: Una película de capas múltiples para liberar un ingrediente activo, que comprende: una capa externa compuesta en parte de una fracción de polímero soluble en agua que contiene el ingrediente activo; y una capa externa más. Reivindicación 33: Una bolsa de película de capas múltiples, que comprende: una capa interna, que comprende: 92 a 98,99% en peso de homopolímeros y copolímeros de polietileno insoluble en agua, aproximadamente 1 a 5% en peso de un polímero soluble en agua, y 0,01 a 3% en peso de al menos un ingrediente activo; y una capa externa. Reivindicación 48: Un procedimiento de extrusión por soplado para fabricar la bolsa de película de capas múltiples de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 33 a 47, que comprende los pasos de: a) premezclar de 60 a 99% en peso de al menos un polímero soluble en agua con al menos un ingrediente activo, en donde 1 a 40% en peso del al menos un ingrediente activo está en un conjunto fundido a una temperatura adecuada en un mezclador encamisado caliente con velocidad de mezcla variable, generando de este modo una premezcla; b) enfriar la premezcla; c) pulverizar la premezcla resultante; d) añadir dicha premezcla como un suplemento de mezcla de 1 a 10% en peso a un polímero insoluble en agua; y e) generar la película de capas múltiples mediante procedimiento de extrusión por soplado. Reivindicación 52: Una composición de ingrediente activo que comprende: a) al menos un conservante de alimentos; b) al menos un material polimérico soluble en agua como una resina vehículo; y c) ningún o al menos un material polimérico suplementario insoluble en agua como una resina vehículo, en donde el al menos un material polimérico soluble en agua es incompatible con los materiales de poliolefina de la bolsa de película de capas múltiples de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 33 a 47, y se selecciona del grupo que consiste en alcohol de polivinilo, polivinilpirrolidona, polisorbato, poli(óxido de etileno), polímeros no iónicos, polímeros solubles en agua que pueden reticular para formar geles y combinaciones de los mismos; en donde la resina vehículo polimérica suplementaria insoluble en agua es compatible con los materiales de poliolefina de la bolsa de película de capas múltiples de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 33 a 47, y se selecciona del grupo que consiste en homopolímeros, copolímeros, ceras, polímeros biocompatibles, derivados y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 54: Un procedimiento para preparar la composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 52 ó 53 en una unidad mezcladora encamisada caliente, que comprende los pasos de: a) añadir al menos un conservante de alimentos, al menos un material polimérico soluble en agua, ninguno o al menos un material polimérico insoluble en agua y opcionalmente uno o más aditivos en un recipiente de mezcla o un tanque; b) preparar una premezcla mediante mezcla en frío de los componentes del paso a) en condiciones de bajo esfuerzo cortante por una cantidad adecuada de tiempo; c) calentar de forma apropiada el recipiente de mezcla para crear las condiciones correctas a fin de preparar una mezcla concentrada de ingrediente activo; d) alternar la velocidad de mezcla y duración de mezcla para proporcionar una adecuada distribución térmica y una adecuada dispersión de mezcla viscosa; e) reducir la temperatura de la premezcla; f) descargar la premezcla fundida; g) transferir la premezcla fundida descargada a una unidad de enfriamiento en seco; h) enfriar dicha premezcla fundida en dicha unidad de enfriamiento en seco por convección, conducción o una combinación de ambas técnicas.
