Abstract
En un procedimiento para detectar desviaciones de alineación y/o deformaciones en un horno tubular rotativo, cuyo tubo rotativo presenta anillos de rodadura distanciados en dirección axial entre sí, los cuales están apoyados en cada caso sobre rodillos de rodadura, son explorados sin contacto la superficie exterior de camisa (5) del tubo rotativo (4), los anillos de rodadura (6), los rodillos de rodadura (7) y/o los árboles (17) de los rodillos de rodadura (7) con ayuda de al menos un dispositivo de exploración (12) de manera que se obtengan datos de posición tridimensionales con relación a los objetos explorados, siendo los datos de posición tridimensionales evaluados en cuanto a la presencia de una desviación del eje de horno tubular rotativo (3) con respecto a una línea recta, una desviación del tubo rotativo (4) con respecto a una forma cilíndrica y/o una desviación de los ejes de rotación (8) de los rodillos de rodadura con respecto a una paralela al eje de horno tubular rotativo (3). En un dispositivo para detectar desviaciones de alineación y/o deformaciones en un horno tubular rotativo (1) se ha previsto al menos un dispositivo de exploración (12) que trabaja sin contacto con la finalidad de explorar sin contacto la superficie exterior de camisa (5) del tubo rotativo (4), los anillos de rodadura (6), los rodillos de rodadura (7) y/o los árboles (17) y/o prolongaciones de los extremos del árbol de los rodillos de rodadura (7).
