Abstract

La presente se relaciona con agentes abrillantadores ópticos hidrosolubles de bis-(triazinilamino)-estilbeno, con un proceso para su preparación y con su uso para blanquear materiales naturales y sintéticos.Reivindicación 1: Agentes abrillantadores ópticos de la fórmula (1) en los cuales la carga aniónica que tiene el abrillantador está compensada por una carga catiónica compuesta por uno o más cationes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, un catión de metal alcalino, metal alcalino térreo, amonio, amonio que está mono-, di-, tri- o tetra-sustituido con un radical alquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado, amonio que está mono-, di-, tri- o tetra-sustituido con un radical hidroxialquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado, amonio que está di-, tri- o tetra-sustituido con una mezcla de un radical alquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado y un radical hidroxialquilo lineal o ramificado o mezclas de dichos compuestos, R1 y R1’ pueden ser iguales o diferentes y representan un radical de la fórmula (2), o R1 junto con R1’ representan un radical de la fórmula (3), o R1 junto con R1’ representan un radical de la fórmula (4), o mezclas de dichos compuestos; R2 y R2’ pueden ser iguales o diferentes y se los selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado, hidroxialquilo C2-4 lineal o ramificado, -CH2CO2-, -CH2CH2CONH2 o -CH2CH2CN; o R2 y R2’ representan un radical de la fórmula (2); o R2 junto con R2’ representan un radical de la fórmula (3); o R2 junto con R2’ representan un radical de la fórmula (4); R2 y R2’ representan un radical de la fórmula (5), o mezclas de dichos compuestos; R3 y R3’ pueden ser iguales o diferentes y se los selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado, hidroxialquilo C2-4 lineal o ramificado, -CH2CO2-, -CH(CO2-)CH2CO2-, -CH(CO2-)CH2CH2CO2-, -CH2CH2SO3-, -CH2CH2CO2-, -CH2CH(CH3)CO2-, bencilo, o mezclas de dichos compuestos, o R2 y R3 y/o R2’ y R3’ junto con el átomo de nitrógeno adyacente representan un anillo de morfolina, piperidina, piperazina, pirrol o pirrolidina o mezclas de dichos compuestos; R12 y R13 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y se los selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, un radical alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, halógeno, SR14, -OR15, -NR16R17, -CONR18R19, -COR20, -SO2NR21R22, -CN, -CO2-, -SO3-, o mezclas de dichos compuestos; R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21 y R22 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y se los selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, fenilo o un radical alquilo C1-25 lineal o ramificado; R5, R6, R7, R8, R10 y R11 son preferentemente CH3 o H y muy preferentemente son CH3 o mezclas de dichos compuestos; x, y y z pueden ser iguales o diferentes y en cada caso están en el rango de 0 a 200 con la condición de que x + y + z > 5, n puede estar en el rango de 0 a 4; o mezclas de dichos compuestos.
