Abstract

Una proteína de fusión que está compuesta por una enzima que puede degradar la pared celular de las bacterias Gram negativas y/o las bacterias Gram positivas y al menos dos extensiones peptídicas fusionadas en el extremo N o C de la enzima, donde las extensiones peptídicas son distinguibles y se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en los péptidos antipáticos sintéticos, los péptidos catiónicos sintéticos, los péptidos policatiónicos sintéticos los péptidos hidrofóbicos sintéticos y los péptidos antimicrobianos de origen natural, tales como los péptidos del sushi y las defensinas. Moléculas de ácidos nucleicos que codifican proteínas de fusión como la mencionada, vectores que comprenden dichas moléculas de ácidos nucleicos y células huésped que compren-den moléculas de ácidos nucleicos o vectores como los mencionados. Uso de dicha proteína de fusión como un medicamento, un medio de diagnóstico, una sustancia cosmética, un desinfectante o un aditivo para alimentos. Tratamiento o prevención de la contaminación provocada por las bacterias Gram negativas y/o las bacterias Gram positivas en un alimento, en un dispositivo para procesar alimentos, en una instalación para procesar alimentos, en una superficie que puede tomar contacto con un alimento, en un dispositivo médico, en una superficie en un hospital o en un quirófano.Reivindicación 6: La proteína de fusión de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el péptido antimicrobiano tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de acuerdo con SEQ ID Nº 44 a 62 y 78 a 98, el péptido del sushi tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de acuerdo con SEQ ID Nº 63, el péptido hidrofóico tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de acuerdo con SEQ ID Nº 65 y/o 66 y el péptido anfipático tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de acuerdo con SEQ ID Nº 64, 68 y/o 69. Reivindicación 7: La proteína de fusión de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque dicha proteína de fusión tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de acuerdo con SEQ ID Nº 70 a 77 y 127 a 147.
