Abstract
La presente se relaciona con las composiciones y los métodos para identificar el fenotipo resistente al SCN en la soja. En algunas formas de realización, la divulgación se relaciona con los métodos para la selección y el cultivo asistido por marcadores de plantas que portan uno o más factores determinantes de resistencia al SCN en la soja.Reivindicación 1: Un método para identificar una planta que incluye al menos un factor determinante de resistencia al SCN en una variedad de soja. El método incluye: el aislamiento de moléculas de ácido nucleico de una planta; y el análisis de las moléculas de ácido nucleico para detectar un marcador ligado al fenotipo de resistencia al SCN en la variedad de soja o un equivalente de la misma, en el cual el marcador está ligado genéticamente a un marcador seleccionado del grupo integrado por NCSB_004074, BARC_010889_01691, y rhg1-3995, y la presencia del marcador indica al menos un factor determinante de resistencia al SCN en la variedad de soja.
