Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un panel de construccion que comprende: un cuerpo de panel que comprende: una matriz de sulfato de calcio dihidratado; un componente dispersante seleccionado del grupo que consiste de un polímero ramificado en forma de peine que tiene cadenas laterales de poliéter, sulfonato naftalénico condensado del formaldehído, sulfonato condensado de melamina-formaldehído y mezclas de dos o más de los mismos; y un componente de policondensacion que comprende: una primera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion que tiene una cadena lateral poliéter y una sub-unidad del grupo que consiste de una sub-unidad aromática y una sub-unidad hetero-aromática; una segunda unidad de repeticion de policondensacion que tiene un grupo OP(OH)2 y una sub-unidad del grupo que consiste de una sub-unidad aromática y una sub-unidad hetero-aromática; y una tercera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion que tiene una sub-unidad del grupo que consiste de una sub-unidad aromática y una sub-unidad hete ro-aromática; en donde dicha segunda unidad de repeticion de policondensacion y dicha tercera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion difieren exclusivamente en que los grupos OP(OH)2 de dicha segunda unidad de repeticion de policondensacion están reemplazados por H en dicha tercera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion, y dicha tercera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion no es la misma que dicha primera unidad de repeticion de policondensacion. Reivindicacion 6: Un método para obtener un producto de yeso que comprende: combinar sulfato de calcio hemihidratado, agua y una primera dosis de un componente dispersante; agregar una segunda dosis del componente de policondensacion de la reivindicacion 1; verificar las propiedades del lodo de yeso; formar un producto a partir del lodo de yeso; permitir que el producto endurezca; identificar las propiedades del producto; cambiar la primera dosis del primer dispersante o la segunda dosis del segundo dispersante para variar la relacion entre el primer dispersante y el segundo dispersante en base a las propiedades de dichas etapas de identificacion y verificacion.
