Abstract
Proveer formas cristalinas de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol a utilizarse como un fármaco, y métodos de produccion de las mismas. Métodos de produccion que incluyen cristalizar (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol a partir de un solvente de éster de acetato, un solvente hidrocarbonado alifático, un solvente de nitrilo, un solvente hidrocarbonado aromático, un solvente de cetona o un solvente de éter, y formas cristalinas obtenidas de acuerdo con los métodos. Reivindicacion 1: Un cristal de forma A de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 5,6, 8,2, 12,0, 14,7, 16,6, 16,9, 17,9, 18,4, 22,5, 24,5, 27,6 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal. Reivindicacion 7: Un cristal de forma B de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 6,4, 8,7, 12,8, 17,5, 19,1, 20,7, 22,0, 24,8, 26,6 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal. Reivindicacion 8: Un cristal de forma E de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 9,1, 12,8, 13,1, 14,6, 15,2, 16,4, 22,1, 23,6, 24,8 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal. Reivindicacion 9: Un cristal de forma F de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 6,8, 11,7, 13,7, 16,8, 18,0, 19,3, 20,4, 20,8, 24,6, 25,6 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal. Reivindicacion 10: Un cristal de forma G de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 6,7, 11,6, 11,9, 13,6, 16,6, 17,7, 18,6, 19,1, 19,8, 20,1, 20,8 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal. Reivindicacion 11: Un cristal de forma H de (3R,4S)-7-hidroximetil-2,2,9-trimetil-4-(fenetilamino)-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirano[2,3-g]quinolin-3-ol de la formula (1): caracterizado porque tiene valores máximos característicos en ángulos de difraccion (2theta) de 6,0, 16,4, 17,0, 19,2, 19,8, 20,3, 21,0, 22,8 en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo del cristal.
