Abstract
Composiciones y métodos para retener el gusto y la textura de productos alimenticios que han sido congelados, para infantes y ninos pequenos. Por medio del empleo del proceso de congelacion por agitado lento, los productos alimenticios congelados para infantes y ninos pequenos son de color más claro, más suaves y de textura más cremosa y poseen un perfil de mejor sabor. Además, métodos para la elaboracion y el uso de los mencionados productos. Reivindicacion 2: Los productos de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 caracterizados porque el medio es seleccionado a partir de la lista que consiste en frutas, verduras, carnes, pescado, y cualesquier combinaciones de los mismos.
