Abstract

Se han formulado composiciones de bebida gaseosas no alcoholicas para incorporar compuestos polifenolicos, tales como compuestos polifenolicos oligoméricos o bioflavonoides. Se descubrio que las composiciones de bebida gasificadas que incluyen compuestos polifenolicos exhiben la efervescencia de pequenas burbujas sin la presencia de carbonatacion producida por fermentacion.
