Abstract
Sistemas para la conservación de bebidas, los cuales han de ser utilizados en productos para beber altamente ácidos y en productos para beber que comprenden los sistemas para la conservación de bebidas, El sistema para la conservación de bebidas evita la putrefacción causada por los microorganismos presentes en una bebida que se encuentra dentro de un envase sellado, por un período mínimo de 16 semanas o elimina el uso de conservantes convencionales que presentan una preocupación para la salud y/o el medio ambiente. Los componentes que constituyen el sistema para la conservación de bebidas de la solicitud actúan juntos, de una manera sinergística, para reducir la cantidad de conservante requerido y de esta manera, mejorar el impacto sensorial de la bebida de la solicitud por sobre las bebidas que tienen conservantes convencionales.
