Abstract

La presente provee un sistema conservante para bebidas que comprende un complejo de pimaricina-ciclodextrina para usar en productos bebibles. La presente se refiere además a productos bebibles que comprenden los sistemas conservantes para bebidas. El sistema conservante para bebidas evita el deterioro de una bebida por microorganismos dentro de un recipiente sellado durante un período de por lo menos 16 semanas.
