Abstract
La presente propone un quemador cerámico (20) que se utiliza en una cámara de combustion (12) de un generador regenerativo de calor, tal como un horno recuperador (10) de un alto horno. El quemador cerámico (20) comprende una cámara de alimentaciondel quemador (21) con una pared divisoria (30) que divide la cámara de alimentacion del quemador (21) en una cámara de combustible (24) y una cámara de aire (28). La cámara de combustible (24) tiene una entrada de combustible (22) para recibircombustible y una salida de combustible (32) para alimentar el combustible a la zona de mezclado (34). La cámara de aire (28) tiene una entrada de aire (26) para recibir aire de combustion y una salida de aire (36) para alimentar el aire decombustion a la zona de mezclado (34). Segun un importante aspecto de la presente, el quemador cerámico (20) también comprende un deposito de combustible metálico y estanco a los gases (48) dispuesto en la cámara de alimentacion del quemador (21),el deposito de combustible (48) comprende la cámara de combustible (24) en su interior, una seccion de la pared del deposito de combustible (48) constituye la pared divisoria (30) entre la cámara de combustible (24) y la cámara de aire (28).
