Abstract

Un método para producir neumáticos que satisfagan los requerimientos de un cliente, teniendo dichos neumáticos una estructura de neumático que comprende un conjunto de formas geométricas que caracterizan una seccion transversal de dicho neumático ylas cuales están asociadas entre sí mediante funciones matemáticas, método caracterizado porque comprende: almacenar normas funcionales mediante las cuales dicho conjunto de formas geométricas interactuan entre sí segun una clase de datos deperformance en términos de correlaciones entre relaciones estructurales o parámetros físicos y/o dimensionales seleccionados entre un diámetro externo, una cuerda máxima durante el inflado, un diámetro de ajuste, dimensiones de una cuerda derefuerzo, un espesor de una banda y dimensiones transversales de un listel; recibir de un diente un conjunto de datos que comprende datos que identifican al cliente y datos relacionados con requerimientos dimensionales o de performance de unneumático, a través de una línea de comunicacion entre una computadora del cliente y una computadora del fabricante; combinar dichos requerimientos con datos de construccion predefinidos; disenar, sobre la base de dichos datos recibidos del clientey datos de construccion predefinidos, dicha estructura de neumático aplicando dichas normas funcionales a un neumático de referencia específico, para obtener la estructura de dicho neumático que satisface dichos requerimientos del cliente; generarprocedimientos de construccion relacionados con dicha estructura de neumático; y llevar a cabo la construccion de al menos un neumático con las características que satisfacen dichos requerimientos.
