Abstract

Se provee un método de expresion de un gen extrano blanco en una planta inducida por una sustancia química, que comprende un paso de activacion con iones de cobre de un factor de transcripcion codificado por un gen extrano diferente del gen extranoblanco con el fin de inducir la activacion de la transcripcion del gen extrano blanco mediante una region que posee una funcion de promotor contenida en el en extrano blanco, en tanto una secuencia de nucleotidos que codifica dicho factor detranscripcion está contenida en un constructo de gen que es construido de manera que comprenda una secuencia de nucleotidos de una region 5' sin traducir de un gen extrano arbitrario por debajo de la region que posee una funcion de promotorcontenida en el gen extrano blanco.
