Abstract
Se reivindican las composiciones de mezclas estables compuestas por mezclas de polisiloxano(s) y polímero(s) orgánico. Estas mezclas poliméricas son blancas y opacas, indicando la presencia de la separacion de fases en la escala micronica. Tales mezclas se pueden almacenar durante largos períodos (anos) sin evidenciar la separacion de fase macroscopica. Estas mezclas estables se logran sin encadenamiento en cruz substancial, como lo evidencia el hecho de que la mezcla polimérica se disuelve rápidamente en un solvente orgánico adecuado para la caracterizacion del peso molecular. Las mezclas estables de la presente tienen una utilidad especial como recubrimiento para la eliminacion de incrustaciones calcáreas en aplicaciones marinas. Reivindicacion 1: Una mezcla polimérica de cobertura hermética para eliminar incrustaciones que comprende, por lo menos, un polímero de polisiloxano y un polímero orgánico, donde dicho polímero orgánico está compuesto por monomeros que polimerizan a polímeros de cadena simple, y donde dicho polímero orgánico no está compuesto de monomeros multifuncionales de encadenamiento en cruz. Reivindicacion 18: La mezcla polimérica de cobertura hermética de la reivindicacion 1, que además contiene un agente curador, donde dicho agente curador no es un catalizador con base de estano. Reivindicacion 19: La mezcla polimérica de cobertura hermética de la reivindicacion 18, donde el agente curador es N,N',Nö-triciclohexil-1-metil silanotriamina, catalizadores con base de estano, con base de platino, con base de titanio, u otros catalizadores sin base de estano, o un catalizador con base orgánica. Reivindicacion 20: Un sistema de eliminacion de incrustaciones que contiene una capa de epoxi anti-corrosiva aplicada a un substrato, una mezcla polimérica de cobertura hermética, como se describio en la reivindicacion 1, aplicada a la capa de epoxi, y una cobertura de superficie de siliconas aplicada a dicha mezcla polimérica de cobertura hermética, donde dicha capa de epoxi contiene un agente acoplador de silano que tiene aminas primarias.
