Abstract
Un método de formar un dispositivo orgánico fotoactivo optoelectronico que comprende: proveer una primera película transparente que comprende un primer material conductor de electricidad, dispuesta sobre un sustrato transparente; depositar un primer material fotoconductor orgánico sobre el primer material conductor de electricidad; depositar un primer metal a una velocidad inicial no mayor de 1 nm/s sobre el primer material orgánico fotoconductor, cubriendo completamente todas las partes expuestas del material orgánico fotoconductor y todas las interconexiones expuestas con el material orgánico fotoconductor a un espesor no menor de 10 nm; y después de que se obtiene el espesor no mayor 10 nm, depositar electronicamente un segundo espesor no mayor de 10 nm, depositar electronicamente un segundo metal a una velocidad aumentada por lo menos tres veces la velocidad incial hasta que el espesor acumulado del primer y segundo metales que cubre completamente las partes expuestas previamente del material orgánico fotoconductor y las interconexiones expuestas previamente con el primer material orgánico fotoconductor es al menos 250 nm.
