Abstract
Un método que comprende una película transparente que comprende un primer conductor eléctrico, dispuesto sobre un sustrato transparente; depositar y disenar una máscara sobre el primer material conductor eléctrico, de manera tal que los orificios en la máscara tengan lados inclinados que se angostan al acercarse al sustrato; depositar un segundo material conductor eléctrico expuesto en los orificios de la máscara, rellenando al menos parcialmente los orificios desprender la máscara, dejando atrás estructuras reentrantes del segundo material conductor eléctrico que se formaron mediante la deposicion en los orificios de la máscara; después de desprender, depositar un primer material orgánico sobre el primer material conductor eléctrico entre las estructuras reentrantes; y depositar un tercer material conductor eléctrico sobre el primer material orgánico depositado entre las estructuras reentrantes, los bordes de las estructuras reentrantes alinean la deposicion de manera tal que el tercer material conductor eléctrico no esté en contacto directo con el primer y segundo materiales conductores eléctricos.
