resumo método para produzir duas ou mais células fotovoltaicas interconectadas à base de película fina e artigo fotovoltaico a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir duas ou mais células fotovoltaicas interconectadas à base de película fina compreendendo as etapas de: (a) prover um artigo fotovoltaico compreendendo: um substrato condutor flexível, pelo menos uma camada fotoeletricamente ativa, uma camada de topo condutora transparente, e uma estrutura transportadora disposta acima da camada de topo transparente; (b) formar um ou mais primeiros canais através das camadas do artigo fotovoltaico; (c) aplicar uma primeira camada isolante no substrato condutor e abrangendo o um ou mais primeiros canais; (d) remover a estrutura transportadora; (e) formar um aditamento no um ou mais primeiros canais através da primeira camada isolante; (f) formar um ou mais segundos canais localizados fora do um ou mais primeiros canais através da primeira camada isolante para expor um superfície condutora do substrato condutor flexível; (g) aplicar um primeiro material eletricamente condutor na superfície condutora do substrato condutor flexível via o um ou mais segundos canais; (h) aplicar uma película eletricamente condutora na primeira camada isolante, sendo que a película está em comunicação elétrica com o substrato condutor flexível via o primeiro material eletricamente condutor; (i) aplicar um segundo material eletricamente condutor acima da camada de topo condutora transparente e através do um ou mais primeiros canais, ligando eletricamente as camadas do artigo fotovoltaico da etapa b à película eletricamente condutora; (j) formar um ou mais terceiros canais através da película eletricamente condutora; (k) aplicar uma segunda camada isolante abaixo da película eletricamente condutora; (l) formar um ou mais quartos canais através das camadas do artigo fotovoltaico, produzindo assim duas ou mais células fotovoltaicas interconectadas. 2/2
