Abstract
módulo fotovoltaico e processo de fabricação de um módulo fotovoltaico a invenção refere-se a um módulo fotovoltaico (1) compreendendo pelo menos duas células fotovoltaicas (7, 7’) em série, cada célula (7, 7’) retangular compreendendo respectivamente um primeiro eletrodo traseiro de camada fina (5, 5’), um empilhamento fotovoltaico de pelo menos dois materiais ativos (3) compreendidos entre o eletrodo traseiro (5) e um eletrodo transparente condutor (tc) de camada fina (4), o referido eletrodo tc (4, 4') sendo apto a coletar e transmitir uma corrente elétrica (10, 10’) gerada pelo empilhamento fotovoltaico (3, 3’), as duas células fotovoltaicas (7, 7’) sendo ligadas eletricamente em série por uma tira de contato elétrico (6) compreendida entre o eletrodo tc (4) da primeira célula (7) e o eletrodo traseiro (5’) da segunda célula (7’). de acordo com a invenção, a espessura local (e) do eletrodo tc (4) da célula (7) varia em função da distância para a tira de contato elétrico (6). a invenção refere-se igualmente a processos de depósito e gravura química da camada transparente condutora (tc) para fabricar simultaneamente várias células (7, 7’, 7"…) de um mesmo módulo (1).
