Abstract
Bibliotecas de ácidos nucleicos que codifican polipéptidos quiméricos de union sobre la base de las secuencias de los polipéptidos de andamiaje de origen vegetal. También se describen métodos para generar las bibliotecas. Reivindicacion 1: Una biblioteca de ácidos nucleicos que codifica por lo menos diez polipéptidos diferentes, donde la secuencia de aminoácidos de cada polipéptido comprende: C1-X1-C2-X2-C3-X3-C4, donde (i) la subsecuencia C1 es seleccionada de las SEC. ID NOS: 1-30, la subsecuencia C2 es seleccionada de las SEC. ID NOS: 31-60, la subsecuencia C3 es seleccionada de las SEC. ID NOS: 61-90, la subsecuencia C4 es seleccionada de las SEC. ID NOS: 91-120, donde cada una de C1-C4 comprende hasta 30 sustituciones, deleciones, inserciones o adiciones de aminoácidos simples a la subsecuencia seleccionada; (ii) C1-C4 son homogéneas a través de una pluralidad de los polipéptidos codificados; (iii) cada una de X1-X3 es una subsecuencia variable independiente que consiste en 2-20 aminoácidos y (iv) cada una de X1-X3 es heterogénea a través de una pluralidad de los polipéptidos codificados.
