Abstract

La presente invencion está relacionada con el uso de formulaciones topicas que contienen Factor de Crecimiento Epidérmico encapsulado o asociado a liposomas deformables o convencionales para ser aplicadas en la superficie y alrededor de lesiones cutáneas isquémicas cronicas. Las formulaciones de la presente invencion, en contraste al estado de la técnica anterior, son utiles porque permiten una alta biodisponibilidad del Factor de Crecimiento Epidérmico en el tejido profundo debajo de la lesion y para prevenir la amputacion del pie diabético.
