Abstract
Está descrito un proceso de reduccion electroquímica, opcionalmente acoplado a una etapa final de acabado químico, de soluciones que contienen cromo hexavalente. La reduccion electroquímica es efectuada utilizando una celda de geometría cilíndrica con admision y salida de la solucion tangencial, que establecen y mantienen un flujo en espiral a través del entero volumen de electrolisis, logrando condiciones eficaces de transporte de masa.
