Abstract
Se provee un conjunto para reactores de polimerizacion verticales accionados por flujo de gravedad para combinaciones de alta viscosidad, alto rendimiento y películas delgadas de polímero. El conjunto incluye componentes estáticos internos que proveen grandes áreas de superficies líquidas libres en contacto con la atmosfera del reactor mientras que sigue logrando suficientes períodos de retencion de líquido para que la polimerizacion se lleve a cabo. El conjunto incluye uno o más generadores de película estacionarios. El conjunto incluye además una o más matrices estacionarios de estructuras de soporte de películas. Cada estructura de soporte de película posee un primer lado y un segundo lado. Ambos lados de la escructura de soporte de película están recubiertos con flujo de polímero. La disposicion vertical de los componentes en conjunto hace que la colada polimérica caiga en cascada a lo largo de la longitud vertical del interior del recipiente de reaccion que contiene al conjunto. La presente invencion provee además un reactor de polimerizacion que comprende el conjunto de la invencion y un método para aumentar el grado de polimerizacion de una colada de polímero utilizando el conjunto mencionado.
