Aleacion de cobre-zinc, la cual comprende 55 hasta 75% en peso de cobre, 0,1 hasta 8% en peso de aluminio, 0,3 hasta 3,5% en peso de hierro, 0,5 hasta 8% en peso de manganeso, 0 hasta menos que 5% en peso de níquel, 0 hasta menos que 0,1% en peso de plomo, 0 hasta 3% en peso de estano, 0,3 hasta 5% en peso de silício, 0 hasta menos que 0,1 en peso de cobalto, 0 hasta menos que 0,05% en peso de titanio, 0 hasta menos que 0,02% en peso de fosforo, impurezas inevitables, siendo el resto zinc.
