Abstract

La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para aumentar la estabilidad a la oxidacion de biodiesel, que se caracteriza porque se agrega un antioxidante primario con un punto de fusion inferior o igual 40sC al biodiesel a estabilizar en una cantidad de 10 a 20.000 ppm (w/w), donde el antioxidante primario presenta al menos un compuesto de acuerdo con la estructura de formula (1), con: R1, R2 = hidrogeno, grupo alquilo lineal con una cantidad de carbonos de 1 a 20, o una formula (2), donde * equivalente a un átomo de carbono del sistema cíclico aromático; R3, R5 = hidrogeno, grupo alquilo lineal con una cantidad de carbonos de 1 a 20; R4 = hidrogeno, grupo alquilo lineal con una cantidad de carbonos de 1 a 40; donde tanto los sustituyentes del tipo R1 y R2 como también del tipo R3 y R5 son iguales o diferentes.
