Abstract
La presente provee un producto de nutricion que comprende una primera region que comprende al menos un 10% en peso de dicha primera region de uno o más materiales oxidables que contienen ácidos grasos monoinsaturados y/o poliinsaturados, y una segunda region que comprende entre 0,002% y 1,0% en peso de dicha segunda region de uno o mas materiales oxidantes seleccionados entre cromo, manganeso, hierro, cobalto, níquel, cobre, selenio y cinc y donde los materiales oxidables y los materiales oxidantes en el producto de nutricion están comprendidos en diferentes regiones del producto. Los productos de nutricion tienen buenas propiedades organolépticas y presentan una buena estabilidad, tando física como química, durante el almacenamiento. Proveen, además, una forma conveniente de incorporar los nutrientes mencionados anteriormente a la dieta.
