Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para purificar una proteína de fusion recombinante que se expresa como ensamblajes similares a cuerpos proteicos recombinantes (ESCPR) en células hospedadoras, en el que se proporciona un homogeneizado acuoso de las células hospedadoras transformada que expresan una proteína de fusion como ESCPR con una densidad predeterminada. En el homogeneizada se forman regiones de diferente densidad, proporcionando una region que contiene una concentracion relativamente enriquecida en ESCPR y una region que contiene una concentracion relativamente baja de ESCPR. La region baja de ESCPR se separa a partir de la region de concentracion relativamente enriquecida en ESCPR, purificando así dicha proteína de fusion. A continuacion, la region de concentracion relativamente enriquecida en ESCPR se recoge segun se desee.
